		VANILLA SEEDS
		DESCRIPTION: Vanilla Seeds are the tiny black seeds scraped from the pod, with a very small amount of ethanol to preserve it. This is the most economical pure vanilla product available. It takes 7kg vanilla pods to yield 1kg vanilla seeds. USAGE: Use only the tip of a knife when infusing vanilla seeds into any dish. When infusing Vanilla Seeds do not expose to high heat as this will destroy the flavour. STORAGE: Store in the fridge for lengthy periods, or on the shelve. Vanilla seeds can also be frozen to extend shelve life. If stored for long period of time and texture has become dryer, simply add a few drops of vodka. SHELVE LIFE: 2 years. INGREDIENTS: Vanilla Seeds, drop of ethanol (optional). PACKAGING: 25ml glass jar with black cap.
